The machine tool host is the main body of CNC machine tools. It includes mechanical components such as the bed, base, column, crossbeam, slide, workbench, spindle box, feed mechanism, tool holder, and automatic tool changing device. It is a mechanical part that automatically completes various cutting processes on a CNC machine tool. Compared with traditional machine tools, the main body of CNC machine tools has the following structural characteristics:
1) Adopting a new machine tool structure with high stiffness, high seismic resistance, and small thermal deformation. Usually, methods such as increasing the static stiffness of the structural system, increasing damping, adjusting the mass and natural frequency of structural components are used to improve the stiffness and seismic resistance of the machine tool main body, so that the machine tool main body can adapt to the needs of continuous and automatic cutting processing of CNC machine tools. Measures such as improving the layout of the machine tool structure, reducing heat generation, controlling temperature rise, and adopting thermal displacement compensation can reduce the impact of thermal deformation on the machine tool host.
2) Widely adopting high-performance spindle servo drive and feed servo drive devices shortens the transmission chain of CNC machine tools and simplifies the structure of the machine tool mechanical transmission system.
3) Adopting high transmission efficiency, high precision, and gapless transmission devices and moving components, such as ball screw nut pairs, plastic sliding guides, linear rolling guides, static pressure guides, etc.
