Types of Adjusting Needle Valve
This type of needle valve features a threaded bonnet that screws onto the valve body, providing a secure seal. It is commonly used in low to medium pressure applications and is suitable for general-purpose fluid control.
Union bonnet needle valves have a bonnet that can be easily removed for maintenance or repair. They are designed for applications requiring frequent access to the valve internals, such as sampling systems and pressure gauges.

Adjusting Needle Valve Of The Installation Precautions
Needle valve installation location, height, import and export direction must meet the design requirements, pay attention to the direction of media flow should be consistent with the direction of the valve body arrow, the connection should be firmly close.
The valve must be installed before the appearance of inspection, the valve nameplate should be consistent with the existing national standard. Strength test, the test pressure of 1.5 times the nominal pressure, the duration of not less than 5min, the valve shell, the filler should be no leakage for the qualified.
